Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Banjara One collects, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you when you use our website, account, payments, and streaming services.
Information we collect
We may collect account and profile details such as your name, email address, phone number, avatar, and sign-in identifiers; transaction details such as order references, amount, payment status, and refund status; viewing and entitlement activity; device, browser, IP address, security, and diagnostic logs; and information you send to customer support. Banjara One does not store your full card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process and verify payments, provide rental access, deliver video, remember preferences, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain service reliability, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve the user experience.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose only the information reasonably needed by service providers that help operate Banjara One, including Supabase for authentication and data services, Cashfree for payment processing, Mux for protected video delivery, and hosting or infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a lawful business reorganisation.
Payments
Payment information is entered in Cashfree's secure checkout. Banjara One receives transaction references, payment status, amount, and limited customer details needed to fulfil an order, investigate a payment issue, or process an approved refund.
Cookies, devices, and security
We may use essential cookies and similar storage for sign-in, session security, preferences, and service operation. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your account and device access protected and contact us if you suspect misuse.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably required for service delivery, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, and legitimate business records. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, or ask questions about how it is used.
Children
An account must be created by a person legally capable of entering a contract. A minor may use the service only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Banjara One is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate consent.
