Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of Banjara One, including browsing, account access, movie rentals, trailers, protected playback, and customer support. By using a paid feature, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering a contract to create an account or complete a payment. You are responsible for accurate account information, activity performed through your account, and keeping access to your email, phone, device, and sign-in session secure.
Personal viewing licence
A completed rental gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to stream the selected content during the access period displayed at checkout. It does not transfer ownership or permit public performance, commercial use, redistribution, recording, resale, or account sharing beyond what Banjara One expressly allows.
Rentals and access periods
The price, included content, and viewing duration are shown before payment and verified by the server. The access period may begin on activation or as otherwise stated at checkout. Access expires automatically at the end of the stated period. An unactivated entitlement may also have an activation deadline communicated in your account.
Payments
Payments are processed through Cashfree. You authorise the selected amount when you confirm checkout. Access is granted only after Banjara One verifies a successful payment with the payment provider. Pending, failed, reversed, or unverified transactions do not create viewing rights.
Upcoming movies and trailers
Upcoming titles, posters, trailers, cast details, and expected release information are promotional and may change. A Coming Soon listing is not an offer to rent. Payment becomes available only after the title is released and marked available on Banjara One.
Acceptable use and content protection
You must not copy, download unless expressly enabled, rebroadcast, screen or publicly perform, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass geographic or technical restrictions, defeat content protection, interfere with the service, misuse another person's account, or use Banjara One for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Availability and technical requirements
Streaming quality and availability depend on your device, browser, internet connection, location, content rights, and maintenance. We may update, remove, or temporarily suspend content or features when reasonably necessary. You are responsible for compatible equipment, internet access, and related charges.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when we reasonably believe an account is involved in fraud, payment abuse, unlawful use, a security risk, or a material breach of these terms. This does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Banjara One is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party network failures, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly; these terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, business, provider, or legal changes. Material changes will apply prospectively where required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to the support email shown below.
